In this agreement, all references to “we”, “our”, “us” and “seller” refer to Wumei Grupo as described in Term 1, all references to “user”, “you” and “your” refer to “Consumer”, and all references to “website” refer to https://www.wumei.eu.

3.1) Consumer can be any person who is of legal age (+18) and has sufficient legal capacity to be subject to these “Terms and Conditions” bind, as well as legal entities that adequately prove their identity and accept these “Terms and Conditions”.

3.2) Minors or legally incompetent persons are expressly prohibited from purchasing products through our website.

Section 4 – Use of the Website

4.1) Browsing and inquiring about content, products posted on the website is free of charge and does not require user registration.

4.2) While we make every effort to verify information and locate errors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or authenticity of the information provided on the website.

4.3) In order to proceed with the process of purchasing the products offered on our website, you must register as a user by following the steps on the website, provided that you meet the following requirements:

Section 5 – Pricing Regulation

5.1) All prices displayed on this website are in Euros, excluding VAT. Prices are subject to change and the published prices may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

5.2) While we strive to ensure that all prices published on our website are accurate, errors may occur in exceptional circumstances. If we become aware that a consumer has purchased an incorrectly priced item, we will immediately contact the consumer and correct that on our website that The price of the item gives the consumer the option to reconfirm the order or cancel it. If the consumer cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to cancel the order and the consumer’s full payment will be refunded.

Section 6 – Product availability

6.1) The products we carry on their website have been carefully selected for online shopping. Once an item is sold out, we will replenish our stock as soon as possible, but will not remove it from our website unless it is no longer suitable for online sale.

6.2) Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that after you have placed your order, we may find that we do not have the product in stock and we will contact you to inform you of a new delivery date, or offer you a refund at no cost to you, or offer you the option of replacing it with a similar or better product.

Section 7 – Ordering Process

7.1) We make every effort to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specifications of each product are accurate. However, the appearance of a product shown in a photograph may vary slightly from the actual product. While we cannot guarantee that product images will be exactly the same as the actual product, this will not affect the use, performance and parameters of the product.

7.2) By browsing our website, customers can add the products they wish to purchase to their shopping basket. Once you have completed your product selection, you must confirm the products in your shopping basket, quantity, price, shipping address and shipping costs.

7.3) Once the consumer has confirmed the chosen basket, he can fill out the billing address and shipping address (if different) and explicitly check the box to accept these Terms and Conditions. If these terms and conditions are not accepted, he will not continue to validate the purchase.

7.4) After entering the billing and/or shipping data, you may select the “Payment Methods” between the different options available on the website (PayPal, bank transfer and/or credit card). In the case of choosing payment by PayPal, the consumer will be re-directed by the website to the PayPal payment platform.

7.5) We will confirm the order by email, only when actual payment is made through online payment platform or after receiving bank receipt when payment by bank transfer had been chosen.

Section 8 – Order Acceptance

8.1) Acceptance and confirmation of an order placed by a  consumer through our website is effective from the time the order is shipped, unless the order is cancelled under the “right of withdrawal” clause .

8.2) We may not accept an order in any of the following cases:

• Failure to obtain approval of the payment by the payment platform PayPal.
• Failure to pay by bank transfer within 7 days from the date of order.
• Identifying a mistake in retail price or product description
• The non-acceptance by the Consumer of these Terms and Conditions.

Section 9 – Delivery Information

9.1) When an order is placed through the website, our designated carrier will deliver the products to any location in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In addition, we offer our local customers the option of picking up their products.

9.2) Delivery of the orders will be made within approximately 24/48 working hours from the payment of the order is paid into our account. The direction of shipping is indicated in the order by the consumer.

9.3) We cannot guarantee delivery dates of orders and or specific delivery times, and will not accept claims or payment compensation for this reason.

Section 10 – Right of Withdrawal

10.1) If the consumer wishes to withdraw the order, he needs to send an email to us before 12:00 a.m. on the second day of the purchase with their name in the email and the reference number of the order to be cancelled, but no need to give reasons. We’ll give the consumer a full refund.

10.2) If the consumer misses the time specified in 10.1) and the products have been handed over to the carrier and we are no longer able to recover them, the consumer may return the product upon receipt as “Unused products” in the “Return and Refund“.

11.1) The product purchased through this website enjoy 2 years of guarantee against manufacturing defects. Please refer to the “Warranty Policy” page for the details. It is an integral part of the “Terms and Conditions”.

14.1) The parties expressly agree that all the terms and conditions of this contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Spain.

14.2) The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the place of domicile of the Seller or the place of performance of the contractual obligations for any question or difference arising from the interpretation, performance and execution of this contract.
